Serving the community since 2008

OUR Story

The Fat Crow Restaurant has significant roots in the community, dating back to 2008, when the current owners initially opened the Newfane Cafe & Creamery. The Creamery ended in tragedy, unfortunately burning to the ground. After significant community involvement and support, the current owners worked to create a refreshed concept as the Fat Crow. Through collaboration with local artists, engineers, construction professionals and friends, the unique experience that is ‘Fat Crow’ was born. Fat Crow now features a higher end, sit down experience for patrons to enjoy quality, made to order food with full service, a full bar and an interactive experience that integrates eclectic art pieces, motorcycles and open kitchen.

The aesthetics of the space are industrial garage but the service is very homey.
In Southern VT this is one of the best options and worth a bit of a drive.
